Recorded very late at night, some time in 2004. Just me trying out things with a mic, melodica and toy percussion. I just got home from a long journey and influenced by that I used some sounds that I recorded while walking around in foreign cities. The siren sound is from Chicago. Also the sound of entering a record store is from that windy drag city. It was the first time I saw skyscrapers in real life. Also went to a deerhoof concert there while being heavily jetlagged. I do not know which was the most surreal: Shiny Skyscrapers or Deerhoof. The beep in the end was my crappy mini-disc giving up. This is an unreleased track. Recently found it in my basement on a cd-r with song ideas on. All that was written on the disc was"€%#€%)/(/"
